Q: How do I schedule an onsite seminar?

Q: I’d like to tailor the training to better fit my needs, can I do that?  

A: Yes. Our training advisors will work with you to ensure that the training you receive is exactly the training you want. We begin with providing you with our standard outline and use it as the foundation for your seminar outline. Then, through a series of phone calls, and email communications with your trainer, together we will create a seminar focused on your specific goals and outcomes. 

Q: How do I pay for my onsite seminar?

A: Payment can be made by company check, or through Electronic Funds Transfer. If the latter we will include an email link on your invoice that directs you to our payment portal.  

Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy

Q: What if I schedule an onsite seminar, but have to cancel or postpone it? 

A: If, due to circumstances beyond the control of Trainers Directory, Trainers Directory must cancel your seminar the facilitator scheduled to conduct the Program is unable to do so, you may reschedule the seminar to a date mutually agreeable to Trainers Directory and yourself, or receive a refund of any fees paid to Trainers Directory by you in conjunction with the seminar. If you must cancel or postpone this program, you must do so no less than 20 business days prior to the above agreed upon date. If cancellation or postponement occurs less than 20 business days prior to the agreed upon date, a 25% non-refundable fee will be due, If cancellation or postponement occurs less than 20 business days prior to the agreed upon date, a 50% non-refundable fee will be due. In no case, however, shall Trainers Directory be liable for damages of any nature arising as a result of such cancellation, including but not limited to restitution, consequential or incidental damages, terrorism, and acts of God.


Seminar Hours and Dress

Q: What are the seminar hours?

A: Seminars begin at 9:00 am and end at 5:00 pm each day. It is not uncommon for the last day of a seminar to end a bit earlier.

Q: What should I wear?

A: Business casual dress is appropriate for our seminars.


Q: Do you provide meals for attendees?

A: TrainersDirect does not provide meals. You have the choice of catering lunch or releasing the participants for a lunch break.  The typical lunch break is one hour.

Faculty Information

Q: Can I speak with the trainer prior to making a final decision about conducting an onsite seminar?

A: Absolutely! In fact, we encourage a dialogue with the trainer as early in the process as possible.

TrainersDirect reserves the right to make changes in our seminar schedules, dates, and locations. We will make every effort to notify you within a reasonable period of time of changes affecting your registration. However, TrainersDirect is not responsible for personal travel, accommodations, or other incidental expenses in connections with changes to a seminar.
