The total cost of your workshop should factor in those administrative costs associated with the training facility and the A/V requirements for the presentation. TrainersDirect will provide you with a list of A/V and room setup requirements prior to the training.

Domestic Travel

All fees for travel and expenses within the continental United States are included.

International Training

A flat fee of $3,500 per trip will be added to all international travel; including Alaska and Hawaii. We require that 50% of the total training fee for international training be paid a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled class.

Training Materials

For training conducted within the continental United States, materials are included

For training conducted internationally, TrainersDirect will provide your organization with copy masters for the participant materials in electronic format, once you have contracted for our training services. Course materials generally consist of a reference workbook which can either be perfect bound or 3-hole punched and inserted into binders, based on your preferences. Generally, there are a series of case studies and handouts that should be produced as independent items as well. TrainersDirect will authorize you to reproduce one complete set of our copyrighted materials for every enrolled participant; these materials are to be presented solely by an authorized TrainersDirect associate and may not be reproduced for use independently.

Cancellation/Postponement Policy

If, due to circumstances beyond the control of TrainersDirect, the trainer scheduled to conduct the Program is unable to do so we will make every attempt to staff your program with an equally professional trainer, or you may reschedule the program to mutually agreeable date. If you must cancel or postpone this program, you must do so no less than 30 business days prior to the above agreed upon date. If cancellation or postponement occurs less than 30 business days prior to the agreed upon date, a 50% non-refundable fee will be due, If cancellation or postponement occurs less than 7 business days prior to the agreed upon date, the entire course fee will be forfeited. If the class is rescheduled to a future date the client will be responsible for reimbursement of fees associated with airline, hotel, and all other travel associated fees caused by the reschedule. If the class is rescheduled and subsequently cancelled in an attempt to avoid a penalty, the entire fee will be forfeited. In no case, however, shall TrainersDirect be liable for damages of any nature arising as a result of such cancellation, including but not limited to restitution, consequential or incidental damages, terrorism, and acts of God.
